Hotels In Luxor Select your language VideoAll Inclusive Hotels In Luxor Egypt - delvalptcruisers.com I'm traveling for work. Caleshes to take a trip round by horse and a sunset on a Knorr Kräuterlinge. In the town itself not in the middle of nowhere like many other places I stayed at before especially on West Bank.
Many families visiting Luxor loved staying at New Memnon Hotel , El Nakhil Hotel , and Nour El Gourna. Some of the best hotels in Luxor near Luxor Temple include Bob Marley Peace Hotel Luxor , Pavillon Winter Luxor and Villa Sunrise.
These hotels in Luxor are highly rated by couples: New Memnon Hotel , Thebes Hotel , and Gold Ibis Hotel. Error: Please enter a valid email address.

On the other hand, some previously closed tombs of the nobles e. TT52 Nakht and TT69 Menna have been recently opened.
Shame, taking photos in all the tombs is not permitted. Do not miss Temple of Ramesses III at Medinet Habu, with ancient paintings survived in parts.
Hot air balloon in winter our experience on January 10, : If you want to take photos of good quality, do not fly with Sindbad company - they take off first and well before sunrise, so the most of flight is in the dark or twilight no light means no good photos.
They have the permission to fly just after sunrise too but do not care about. Try to have dinner in Africa restaurant southwestern side of central square on West Bank, close enough to ferry boats.
For us, all the dishes was unusually tasty. I think it is because of the new owner has employed the new chef and they do their best.
Medinat Habu and Karnak Temple were the highlights with Ramseseum close behind. In the Valley of the Kings, tombs of Ramses VI extra E50 , Horemheb and Merenptah were most interesting.
Visited Tut Ankh Amun's tomb after seeing in Cairo Museum what was found there. Seeing the space was interesting but probably not worth the E extra to visit.
Luxor temple at night is beautiful. Almost deserted after when tourist rush is over. Luxor Museum almost better than Cairo Museum with quality of artifact, layout and descriptions.
Also visited Hatshepsut Temple, Deir al Medina, Valley of the Queens and Valley of the Nobles. But beware of visiting too many tombs!
You'll stop appreciating them. Constant harassing for 'Baksheesh' from guards at tombs and temples annoying and bordering on unpleasant.
Laughable when the person offers to give change when you don't have smaller denomination notes. Load up on E5 notes at all times There are 2 parts of Luxor: 1- East Bank 2- West Bank I would highly recommend all to stay at East Bank as its very populated and quite safe while West Bank is very remote.
Plan ur visit early in the morning as all the visiting places close around 5pm. There are s of touts running after the tourist so plzz be carefull!!!
I personally can say from my experience that 2 - 3 days are quite enough to visit entire luxor. Fortunately for us but not for the Egyptians, the tombs and temples were free of crowds of tourists.
Many places we were alone with our guide or only four more tourists. We felt safe at all times. Because we were on the West Bank, we had a chance to see village life up close.
We took the local ferry over to the East Bank. Not to be missed is the tombs of the Nobles for a look at the daily life in ancient times.
I found this city way better than Cairo, perhaps I felt it cleaner and less chaotic. People seem to be very friendly and ready to talk with you, of course there are many that want to partake with your money.
The Valley of the Dead and Kigs were amazing I highly recommend to have your own private guide and driver. It is more expensive but you avoid the hassle of vendors and hagglers in the street.
Also, you avoid the poor public transportation system. Moreover, prepare yourself before goimg by watching some documentaries about ancient Egypt, it helps a good deal to digest a lot of the info you will hear from your guide.
This is a great boutique hotel, top quality, the service is fantastic, the hotel is as a traditional village, the apartments in style are very nice, with all the confort all you need, large, clean, fully furnished, in great condition.
Nile river crossing, and immediate when you need, is free!!! Staff was excellent they definitely go the extra mile for you. Also heads up you mostly have to take the ferry or someone's motorboat to get to east bank because there's not really taxies on West bank so keep that in mind.
If you want a very quiet stay I definitely recommend staying here we we're very happy we did! This is a great boutique hotel, top quality, the service is fantastic, the hotel is as a traditional village, the apartments in style are very nice, with all the confort all you need, large, clean, fully furnished, in great condition.
Nile river crossing, and immediate when you need, is free!!! A special thanks to Rafat, the hotel manager, always available and very professional to take care of all one needs, but all the staff was very helpful and nice.
A very relaxing place for who wants to live a real Luxor experience, out of the conventional stays in big chain hotel, but with a service and room quality as five stars one This is the place we will stay again in case we will return to Luxor.
Everything outside the hotel door direct. In the town itself not in the middle of nowhere like many other places I stayed at before especially on West Bank.
It was all in all more than magnificent! The staff, the owner, the nature, the rooms, Calm and relaxation Though we have been to luxurious hotels, this was the best place we stayed in throughout my life!
The host was super nice and helpful, he came to the bus station to meet me up, was always giving us useful information and tips on how to get around.
One of a kind experience. It feels like your traveled to the past and everyone treats you like royalty. Very nice design, organic delicious food, nice stuff, clean room.
Je voyage pour le travail. West Bank , East Bank , and Nile River Luxor are popular with other travelers visiting Luxor.
Outstanding warm hospitality is provided to guests from hotel owner Mr. Aladin to staff Ahmed at reception, chef Al Tayb for breakfast, Beshoy at restaurants and others..
I definitely recommend this hotel for short stay in Luxor.. I was in Luxor for business. All I needed was a bed and quiet clean room which is what I got.
It is not 5 stars hotel but it is very nice for 3 stars and it has all you would ask for. I didn't get to use the pool even though I really wanted but it is cold at the moment.
The hotel is quiet and nice. I don't like big hotel, I rather prefer smaller hotels where you feel like you are staying with family yet you have your own space.
The politeness of the staff was outstanding. Everything was very clean rooms was amazing. The only hotel I've stayed st recently in Egypt that we have not suffered a stomach bug.
Location is perfect, cross street is right Luxor temple. The room itself is not 5 stars standard, but sharing facilities with winter palace which is 5 stars.
The garden is fantastic, the swimming pools are heated it is good place to spend your afternoon time. Breakfast is okay, we liked fresh fruits and fried eggs.
This is probably the best Hotel i hav ever stayd at, everything gave us that proper 5 star feeling! The staff is super nice and helpful.
Exceptional Service and Outstanding Staff The staff are beyond helpful and always attentive and smiling. Salam Camp fulfills one's idea of a rustic place with cute bungalows and a relaxed atmosphere.
It has a wonderful natural flair which is at the opposite of the sterile 5 star hotels. Comfort and luxury are of course not at par with a 5 star hotel but this compensated with a very friendly host and a truly original atmosphere.
